These words hold infinite wisdom.
Isn’t the basis reason
for our stress, the need to accomplish all things in the
minimum possible time. By taking
one step back and contemplate whatever you are actually doing, you
will realize that more often than not, you start running each morning and
don’t stop until you are
exhausted and exhausted!
Then you wonder, why do you have headaches, so why do you not feel happy, even though anything you have been doing within the day continues to be about chasing happiness in one form or the other!
Here’s my advice, don’t rush about a lot, move back and breathe. Actually, I would say, take 10-15 minutes out everyday to merely concentrate on the miracle of breathing!
Obviously you breathe every moment that you are alive. But, here’s the thing, we breathe, but we are not mindful of the procedure; it’s a thing that occur in the background. Meditation is a technique that develops this mindfulness and helps us view our lives at a different perspective.
How Does Meditation Work?
I’ll try to explain in the basic form the way it works. Your conscious mind stands between both you and your unconscious mind. As long as it really is active, you will find it hard to interact with your deeper self. You might have noticed how your unconscious messages are forwarded to you through your dreams. It takes place because your conscious mind is resting. meditation will allow you to interact with the unconscious, by re-creating a semi-sleep like state (by relaxing your conscious mind).
When we concentrate on something as magical and easy as breathing, it enables us to calm our conscious mind and we're capable of focus inwards on ourselves. We allow the body and mind to unwind and release all the negative energy we have been absorbing knowingly and unknowingly.

Quick and simple Meditation Techniques
I have compiled a summary of simple meditation techniques that you could start practicing all on your own and experience the joy of mindful breathing:
Focused technique: This involves focusing all your attention in one of nature’s beautiful creations. It can be the stunning red petal of a rose completely bloom, or dewy green leaf. If you're an auditory person you may also focus on something such as the noise of the ocean or those of running water. The objective will be to divert all your attention towards something in the exclusion of everything else. Listening to music, affirmations or perhaps emphasizing your breathing are variations with this technique.
Activity oriented meditation: This calls for emphasizing a mundane repetitive activity such as painting in a single stroke over and over again, gardening, or walking, etc. It may not be known as meditation in the conventional sense, but it permits you to connect to your unconscious by involving your conscious mind completely in one activity that demands 100% attention, without requiring you to think. In other words, activity oriented meditation enables you to enter a trance like state.
Spiritual meditation: You might practice this exercise no matter what your religion. Everything you need to do is to follow either of the two techniques suggested above, to achieve a trance like state and then seek wisdom or guidance from what you may also believe in. You will definately get insights and solutions to the most challenging questions when you're in the calm and relaxed state.
