Think how you can have a profound effect on your emotional
and physical well-being. If you think a negative thought each time, about
yourself, your body reacts as if it were in the throes of a tension-filled
situation. If you see good things about yourself, definitely you are more
likely to feel good; the reverse is also true. Eliminate the words like
‘always,’ “never,” “should,” and “must.” These are telltale marks of
self-defeating thoughts. Focus your thoughts on what is the good thing
available in every crisis.

Why become a NLP Practitioner? Practice Success with NLP
Neuro-linguistic Programming, also
known as NLP, is defined as the
science of sculpting the patterns of human behaviour.
Why Become a NLP Practitioner? Understanding NLP
It has three important components - neurology, language and programming. Neurology deals with our central nervous system, specifically the brain which has the control over the other organs of our body. It has a wide variety of functions and one of which is for the development of speech.
• Brain Areas. Brain has two areas responsible for speech - the Broca’s area which is concerned in speech production and the Wernicke’s area which is involved in the understanding of written and spoken language. As you can see, the brain is involved in the second component of NLP which is language.
• Language. Basically, language establishes how we interface and speak to others. Language has different faces, the most common being spoken or what we call the verbal language.
• Programming. A final component which is programming is involved in determining the outputs that we contribute in the world. Richard Bandler and John Grinder from California, USA were the first persons to believe that there is a strong link between the brain (neurology), language and programming, hence they developed what is known now as NLP.
Why become a NLP Practitioner? The Benefits
The main reason why it is good to study or learn NLP is based on the fact that this method can help people modify their behavior.
• Programming People’s Mind. When mental and cognitive patterns have been changed, and so is behaviour which is largely a part of our programming.
• Better Communication. Multiple people have been documented to be really successful and excellent once they learned to control their human mind, to develop the proper and appropriate language and eventually to act the right behavior.
• Self-realisation. Another thing about NLP is that it is concerned in our self-discovery which is very important to attain self-realisation. Most of the time, our culture and society confuse us to be someone we are not, ultimately developing ourselves into complete strangers. Studies have shown that is one reason that brings about psychological problems.
Why become a NLP Practitioner? NLP in the Big Picture
NLP has lots of contributions nowadays within the fields of counseling, psychotherapy, education, health, creativity, law, management, sales, leadership and parenting. It is very important to understand that NLP works in the mind - how people think, how we develop our goals and how we gain knowledge from our experiences. To be able to achieve a specific outcome or to be able to do the correct programming of ourselves in terms of our goals and desires, we need to have a control on our minds. And that's precisely what NLP does. It will influence your trains of thoughts, your ideas and goals so that communication works more effectively once language sets in. So when the mind and the language are in harmony together, eventually our behavior follows. It is true that the mind determines the behavior - we will act according to how we think; we literally speak our minds. One example is when we think that we will be successful in a certain field; our goals will be centered on that. Our language, both verbal and non-verbal will speak about being successful and then ultimately our behavior will be towards achieving the success that is formulated in our minds.

This makes them aware to read behind and beyond the lines. It can help them read another person’s mind and emotions during the conversation. This will help them understand how to respond. NLP can also train them to choose the details that they should be remember and how to be a good listener. More often than not, being an attentive listener makes the difference.
Confidence

NLP can make a person know that he or she is totally in control. This will make them feel that there is nothing to worry about. This knowledge will allow them to stay calm and just go about their business. Meditation for Busy People Technique 5: Gratitude Meditation
Start to look at
the world through a perspective of gratitude. What exactly gratitude is
all about? It is about simply thankful
for stuff that you have in
life. Whenever you try to imagine, you will
realize the infinity of things are there, you need to feel grateful about. If you look at your
life, you will understand that there
are plenty of things you can be
thankful for. While reading any book you should be thankful to all your teachers who taught
you to read. Ask an illiterate the value of education and you will know how important your skill is. Look
at the things around you; you will
realize their value only in their absence. This is also true for people. You
take all your relationships for granted too. And gratitude makes you aware of
this, and realizes the importance of small things.
You should be grateful for every thing that helps you in life. One really humbling experience is to express gratitude to your footwear. Sounds ridiculous? You have never done it before? Then do it right now. Take a minute to go to your footwear and tell it from the bottom of your heart that you are grateful to it for the way it protects your feet. Tell your footwear that you value it. Do it now. Pay attention to your feelings while you do it. You will realize the importance of this exercise next time you wear your footwear.
What about people? Learn how to care for people and be grateful for what they have given you. Be grateful to every single person you know. Don’t leave yourself out. Similarly you can be grateful to each and every event of your life. You can be thankful because worst could have happened. So thank everyone. And grow to become BIG- Be In Gratitude.
Gratitude, gratefulness and thanks-giving are one of the laws of life. While you look around, you will find that everyone has absorbed in his or her own world. As you analyze yourself, you find that since childhood, you have brought up in a way that less important “I” takes lead over most important “We”. You aspire, struggle, and put in tones of efforts to fulfill your aspirations. The journey from aspiration to achievement is possible only because of all that you have received and all that you are receiving and all that you will receive. This flow is continuous and uninterrupted. So you tend to consider this flow from the entire Universe as your birthright and are oblivious to your duty to be grateful.
• Sit in a calm and quiet place. Starting from your hair to toes, express gratitude to each and every part of your body.
• Remember the most unpleasant incidents of your life and find out at least five reasons to be grateful that it happened.
• Learn to thank the abstract forces of nature for the weather, sunshine etc.
• Never go to bed before writing your today’s gratitude list every day.
Keep a note of the changes are taking place in your life after starting this practice. You'll learn that gratitude is the best attitude. Hem your blessings with thankfulness so they don’t unravel. This is all about the betterment of your life using gratitude.

Road to Stress Release Tip #24: Recognize your Stress
Each of you has uniquely individual stress signals such as
neck or shoulder pain, shallow breathing, stammering, teeth gritting,
queasiness, loss of temper. Learn to identify yours. Recognizing your personal
stress signals helps slow the buildup of negativity and anxiety. Learning to
recognize the signs of stress is also a good strategy. That way, you can bypass
it if you know it is building.
Road to Stress Release Tip #23: Mudra (Hand position)
Gently touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index
finger of both hands. Do not apply any pressure. Gentle touch will do. This
Mudra is very useful in managing mental stress. This is also useful in managing
depression, anger and many problems associated with the brain.

Road to Stress Release Tip #22: Stretching
Muscles tighten during the course of the day, and when you
feel stressed out, the process accelerates. Stretching loosens muscles and
encourages deep breathing. One of the greatest stress-relieving stretches is a
yoga position called the child pose, which stretches the back muscles. On a rug
or mat, kneel, sit back on your heels, then lean forward and put your forehead
on the floor and your arms alongside your legs, palms up. Hold for one to three
minutes.
Meditation for Busy People: Technique 4- Patience Meditation
This practice helps you
to improve your patience through meditation. This technique needs five to ten
minutes. You can practice it anywhere. Just sit in relax position. Breathe
slowly. Gently close your eyes. Perform Aakash mudra. Join the tip of the
middle finger with the tip of the thumb, keeping the rest of the three fingers
straight.Tip of middle finger (symbolized by Saturn) touches the tip of the
thumb, giving patience.
Now start counting from
10 to 1, i.e. numbers in reverse order. It will calm your mind. You can count
from any number but in reverse order slowly and gradually.
Patience is a wonderful
measure against indiscretion, but it is also a means of encouragement. In
Buddhist culture the word “equanimity” occurs frequently. Mindfulness is a
steady and continuous yet a slow process. When you start practicing it and
immediately expect the results, you may get disappointed and may stop the
practice. But patience takes you slowly and gradually to the long way whatever
you do. Mindfulness is a simple process. As you know simple things are
most of the time difficult to practice. You can improve your patience by
several methods. Some tips are here:
1.
Try to keep noble silence for at least ten minutes every day.
2.
Try to reduce your time of watching TV.
3.
Try to sit for at least ten minutes with closed eyes.
4.
Try to sit with straight spine (There should not be any tension
inyour neck) sit for at least ten minutes.
You can also find out
your own innovative ways for improving your Patience.
Patience is the
acceptance of truth. It is the willingness to see deeply, without resistance,
the truth of the moment and the truth of the deepest levels of reality. This
includes living in accord with the insight that at our core there is no self to
build up, hang onto, or defend. Seeing the luminous emptiness at the center of
all things means that you can begin to let go of grasping to a self-con-scious
and fixed idea of who you are. This requires a kind of patience, because deep
spiritual insight is an affront to the ego. Most of us orient our lives around
a limited view of ourselves; it can be quite frightening to let this view go.
The patient acceptance of truth that allows you to let go is a personal
strength developed together with the strengths of virtue, discernment, wisdom,
resolve and loving-kindness.
The ultimate perfection
of patience does not come from endurance or a re-evaluation of a situation.
Rather it comes from the absence of your habitual, automatic triggers and
reactive hooks to the challenges of life. Fully mature patience is effortless;
it is not a doing at all.
Since the ultimate
patience is effortless, perhaps the opposite of impatience is not patience but
rather contentment. By not chasing after the whims of the ego, you have the
chance to discover a deep contentment that manifests in your life as great
patience.

Another essential tool for stress reduction is getting
adequate amounts of sleep. When you sleep, the stress hormone, cortisol, has
lowered, but when you not get proper sleep cortisol levels rises. Further, your
energy levels will go down and you’ll be less able to cope with any setbacks
during your day. If you have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep insomnia

3 Meditation for Busy People: Technique 3- Give Respect and Get Respect
This
is very easy technique of meditation
and takes 5 to 10 minutes to
practice. You can practice it
anywhere. Just relax, gently close your eyes and breathe slowly. Start giving
respect mentally to anything you
remember. It can be a person, a thing, a tree your car etc.
You can perform Anjali mudra or Namaskarmudtra (respect hand position) while practicing this meditation technique. The joining together the palms at the level of the heart in the traditional Indian gesture of salutation, respect, and adoration is known as the namaskara mudra. This Indian greeting gesture puts one into a mood of respect. It is an elegant and humble expression of gratitude, prayer and respect.
Respect is keeping your center focus between strength and weakness. Hence it is best quality to be a good meditator. It is not advertising strength but gently highlighting it. Respect never ignores a person who cannot carry out some particular task. It provides him a different focus.
While practicing this meditation pause and place your hands gently in Anjali Mudra in front of your heart. Breathe a few deep breaths and honor yourself, and the wondrous gift that is your life, with a moment of respect.
A true respect brings understanding. Respect is not catching anyone. It is not pulling at their shortcomings. It leads you to watch and nurture their strength. It is basically awareness that everyone is unique and thus all of us have value.
It is also better respecting things as respecting people. To respect things has its origin in respecting the body with all its strength and weaknesses. To approach with the same balance, neither selling the beauty nor ridiculing ugliness, neither advertising health nor indulging pain.
Respect is very cooling because it values space, knows that though love brings the harmony everyone needs time, a pause, a chance to breathe quietly, alone. It stops you going too close too quickly, and it lets people grow in their own time. Respect never urges and only strikes where there is the strength to withstand.
Disrespect hurts. The repercussions are enormous. When a person is hurt, the rebound has always obscure and dangerous and hard to identify. When anyone has abused and disrespected, it causes trouble. Thus one must understand that disrespect takes away freedom and blocks the way.
Where there is a respect, it is like forging a straight path through life. Respect observes all ups and downs with dignity. The result is that the respect you have given returns to you as a rebound. You should always remember that you cannot demand respect. You can command respect by giving it to others.
By practicing this meditation, you are sending respect to the world around you. As you know, you get the things in return by natural law that you have given. This way you can receive respect from everyone you want. Start giving respect mentally through your meditation to whomsoever and whatever you want and you will receive it in return.

Meditation for Busy People Technique 2- Compassion Meditation
This meditation is
simple and can be done anywhere and in
any position. You can close
your eyes gently or you can keep them open. Ensure that open eyes are not distracting you. Breathe deeply and exhale slowly. Then consider anything
to that you can send
compassion. It may be any
person, any pain or emotional suffering of your own etc. Then mentally and
emotionally utter compassionate words in your mind for that thing. Practice
this for 5 to 7 minutes.
Compassion by itself opens your heart and nourishes people you care about. People who receive your compassion are more likely to be patient, forgiving, and compassionate with you. Compassion reflects the wisdom that everything is related to everything else, and it naturally draws you into feeling more connected with all things.Learning compassion for oneself is a critical first step in compassion meditation.
Try to be compassionate towards the things, people and experiences in your life. Offer compassion to all your unpleasant feeling or painful events any time you run into any of them. Offer it mentally with sincerity. Compassion meditation can be useful for promoting more harmonious relationships.
Scientifically it has proved that motor circuits in the brain lit up when people were feeling compassionate, like they were getting ready to do something about the suffering they were sensing.Work with compassion practice intuitively. At times it may feel difficult, as though you might be overwhelmed by the pain.
Offer compassion to your unpleasant experiences. Try to offer compassion to the negative qualities of your own mind. It can be the part within you that has been cruel to yourself or others. Recall the experience when you were cruel to yourself or another person. Then observe it without attachment, as a third person and offer compassion to it and release it calmly. This meditation can help boost positive emotions and well-being in life, fostering the personal resources that come from experiencing positive emotion.
Compassion is a natural process. You don’t need to force it; just open to the difficulty, the struggle, the stress, the impact of events, the sorrow and strain in the other person or yourself. Open your heartand let yourself be moved, and let compassion flow through you.
Varada mudra expresses the energy of compassion, liberation and an offering of acceptance. Neuro-Linguistic Programming: Programmed to Succeed
Neuro-Linguistic Programming or
NLP helps people understand the human mind better. It provides a guide regarding
how to comprehend mental and
behavioural processes of a person. Then, it is explained how these mental
behavior and mental processes can be manipulated and utilized to
achieve a specific goal. This can be done through facilitating experiences that will stimulate specific thoughts and actions from
a person. Every factor of a persons mind is studied in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Including the way a person think and the way he develops their point of view, the way a person chooses his or her goal, how their
fears occurred and the
way they handle it, what they do to
get motivated, how they relate to different things and emotions, and how they interpret and
learn from the things that occur in their life and the emotions that they feel.
The Power of NLP
In Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP, the powers of three major factors that affect a human life is combined. The first one which is Neurology affects all bodily and mental capabilities of a person. They are mostly about internal functions and factors. The second one which is Linguistics involves using language in each possible kind of communication. We all know the significance of communication and it is one’s primary weapon in interacting with other people and forming relationships. The Programming is the part wherein all of these are connected and a scheme is formulated to help reach their objectives through this. This is beneficial for all aspects of a person’s life. It'll allow them to be successful in their goals at home with their family, with friends, in the workplace, and pretty much everybody else.
Where are some places I can use NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP could be used to alleviate pains and distress from different medical conditions and socially-related anxieties.
Critical People. There are times when too much criticism affects someone and causes them to lose self-confidence. Understanding how to communicate and act favorably to earn a person’s trust will help a lot of people especially in their careers.
Compulsions. Compulsions can result to depression after a fleeting moment of pleasure. It can even be fatal at times. Having control over a person’s thoughts, emotions, and actions, can prevent such untoward events from happening.
Grief and Shame. These are emotions that are caused by a traumatic experience. Lots of people believe that nobody can even control such strong emotions especially when it was caused by something significant in their lives.
NLP teaches people how such emotions can be treated and be transformed into something that can affect their lives in a positive way.
Presentation and Public Speaking. In both scenarios, it is important that the person is confident and have control over the event.
Mastery
NLP Mastery can lead to life-changing events that will help a person make more out of life, by giving them the recourse necessary to make changes and being flexible with their behaviour.

Road to Stress Release Tip #16: Write it down!
Writing provides you with new perspective. Divide a piece of
paper into two parts. On one side, list the stressors you may be able to
transform, and on the other side, list the ones you can’t control. Then start slowly
and gradually changing what you can. This will reduce your stress slowly. Next
thing is stop fretting over what you cannot change. Accepting and changing your
reactions to those things also help you in eliminating stress.

Meditation for Busy People
If
you are very busy and can't afford thirty minutes for meditation
purpose, but understand the advantages
of meditation for balancing of your
mind, here is a useful way of
you. This can be done anywhere
and anytime for 5 to 10
minutes. You can practice it in your office or in travel also.
Technique 1: Balancing of mind
Meditation for Busy People, Meditation Directories, Meditation Directory, Meditation Directory Sydney Your mind remains balanced by practicing mindfulness. In the exercise you'll be doing a body scan through mindfulness. Body scanning cultivates mindfulness by focusing your attention on different parts of your body. Just sit calmly in a comfortable position where you are. Take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Gently close your eyes. Keep your right hand in your lap facing up and then keep your left hand over the right hand with the thumbs joined together pointing up to form a cup with the hands. Also you can do it alternatively by keeping right hand fingers over the left hand fingers facing up and the thumbs joined pointing up. Now focus from your feet and just bring your awareness to this part of your body. Notice if one foot feels different than the other foot. Are your feet warm or cold? No need to judge, simply notice. Slowly move up just noticing each part of your body. See the physical sensations and also any emotional sensations you might feel. Do not label any sensation or feeling as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Just notice them. Simply focus on the way each part of your body feels without labeling the sensations. Practice it for 5 to 10 minutes and feel the relaxation and calmness within.
The cup hand position focuses on allowing you to balance your right-left energies. It promotes balance of the yin-yang energies. It immediately enables you to connect to self and also activates and balances the Sacral Chakra and Root Chakra. With this quickening, adjustments are made and your circuits of consciousness get naturally transformed. Often this process has accompanied by the sensation of being altered or “rewired”. Higher centers of the brain and the light-sensitive pineal and pituitary glands get activated to contain more light. This penetration brings you to a critical threshold, creating enormous change at the cellular level. It also activates your memories and expands your concepts of reality.
Mindfulness is the quality of being fully involved in the present moment, without analyzing or otherwise “over-thinking” the experience. Mindfulness meditation switches your focus to what’s happening right now. To be mindful is, to be fully aware and awake of what is going on in the present moment. Mindfulness meditation is not equal to zoning out. It takes effort to maintain your concentration and to bring it back to the present moment when your mind wanders or you start to drift off.
This practice will help you in balancing your mind that leads to calmness at body and mind level. This balancing provides you a different positive outlook about your problems.

NLP in Relationships: Healthier and More Fulfilling
Neuro-Linguistic Programming or
NLP allows someone to become
familiar with how a human person’s
mind and behaviour works. NLP in relationships enables them to facilitate events and opportunities to
affect and influence a person’s way of thinking and actions which will definitely help people build and maintain
better relationships.
Some Patterns without NLP in Relationships
Most relationships start with physical attraction. Then, both persons will start knowing each other and they learn to admire the other person more. When the relationship starts, that’s when problems appear. Some of the traits and habits of the person will get too annoying for the other. Their differences will start showing and they will begin to grow apart. Then, they will start noticing how they are happier without the other person. Eventually, it will result in a break-up or separation. With NLP in relationships, this will definitely not be the case. The person will start understanding the other better and will also lead to a give-and-take relationship. This will improve the relationship quality and make it healthier.
NLP in Relationships Lessons
NLP will teach people in a relationship a lot of lessons. These lessons will help them learn how to make more out of their relationships and even life in general.
Choosing. NLP can teach someone how to identify what it is that they need and what they are looking for in a partner. They'll find out how they will be able to identify and find the perfect person for them. He / she will be someone who will suit the person’s personality. It will lay a great foundation for the relationship.
Listening. NLP can teach a person about the importance of listening. In a relationship, this is an area which is usually neglected. People often feel that they already know enough about their partner that they do not put much effort into paying attention to them. Listening is very much different from hearing. It is something that can improve a relationship a lot.
Rapport. Rapport building is very important. NLP in relationships can teach people different techniques and strategies how they can build rapport with anyone. Rapport may be created with a special someone, a co-worker or a superior, and with friends and family. It may even be developed with a stranger. This may eventually lead to a deeper relationship.
Passion. NLP can teach people how to release their emotions, their feelings, or their passion. This helps them become more confident. It will make them realize the significance of such actions. This will keep the heat in a relationship and constant reminder for people about how they are loved, valued, and cared for, is always appreciated.

The Law of Attraction and Visualisation Meditations
To imagine, form a
mental image or paint a picture
of something in your mind or not present to make some it visible.
Creative visualisation is the basic technique underlying positive thinking. Creative visualisation is a way of using your imagination to visualise specific behaviours or events occurring in your life. It has suggested that creating a detailed picture of what you desire then visualise it over and over again with all your senses.
Whatever you visualise through your unconscious mind, it says that, “so be it”. Hence people claims that things visualised with the help of unconscious mind comes into reality.
The major advantage of Visualisation is that it helps you to get more of what you desire. When you vividly imagine achieving your goals, you trigger a whole series of unconscious processes that will help you to reach your target. By “training your brain” to know what you want, you’ll inevitably experience more “real world” success - and feel more chilled about the process, too.
You already “visualise” many times without knowing it. You see, each and every time you worry about the future, get anxious in what might happen, or convince yourself that times are “bad”… When you consciously visualise about the circumstances you want instead, you reclaim control over your experience. You’ll feel more positive and optimistic, too.
If you visualise properly, your brain produces Alpha Waves - meaning, apart from helping sculpt your dream life, you become healthier as well. Alpha waves are incredibly good for you and when your brain produces them, you experience increased relaxation, focus and pleasure, and reduce pain, stress and anxiety.
As such, once you visualise you effectively “implant” new memories into your self-image. This means that your unconscious mind”thinks” you're already the success you dream of being.
This releases unconscious resources that will help you reach your goals, and it also increases confidence, sometimes dramatically. After a couple of days of Visualisation, you’ll start to feel more confident because you’ve practiced success in your mind repeatedly. The more confident you are, the more opportunities you see and take the more success you’ll experience, which is the ultimate virtuous circle.
Impressing successful images on your unconscious does boost your self-image. This results in you feeling happier, more capable, and more confident. Try visualisation for a few days to determine what happens. You’ll almost certainly start to feel as confident and self-assured as you’ve been in your life. And the advantages of visualisation only get better with time.
The law of attraction is used through visualisation techniques. It turns out quickly into desired outcome as your mind and body focus together during meditation. It helps in convincing the desire to your unconscious mind strongly.
Guided visualisations in meditation creates deeper awareness to find the place within self where you can get in touch with your intuition. Through images and often feelings or thoughts that come up during meditation, you may find answers to questions you had been struggling to resolve within your conscious minds. When you are uncertain about the direction of your career may, for example, turn to guided visualisation meditation as one tool to help you find your way.

Presuppositions of NLP Convenient Beliefs
NLP Presuppositions are pre-supposed beliefs that
the NLP practitioner stands on. These are assumptions on how the
world and people work, they may not be true, and they are very beneficial for personal growth, dealing with clients and for effective communication skills.
NLP Presupposition Background
When Bandlerand Grinder first started to model people like Erickson and Satir, they discovered that they had beliefs about the clients they were working with, beliefs that appeared to make it easier for the client to change.
The Original presuppositions were developed over 30 years ago by Bandler and Grinder and have evolved since then with others contributing to them to make them what they are today.
The usefulness of NLP Presuppositions
NLP presuppositions are similar to any other belief, useful if they help you in reaching your outcome more efficiently. Think of NLP Presuppositions as “useful beliefs” to guide you to help someone to change easily. Just don’t presume that everyone wants to change.
Why are Presuppositions Important?
They are a guideline in which an NLP Practitioner can operate
under.
They handle common misconceptions of NLPThey provide guidance in interventionsLets you explore the “Map”
in which the client is operating in
let’s have a look at each of them in detail:
1. Respect for the other person’s model of the world.
Respect the fact that everyone sees the world differently and lives in their own unique model of the world.
2. Behaviuor and change are to be evaluated in terms of context, and ecology
The Awareness of the consequences that comes from Behaviuor and change.
3. Resistance in a client is a Sign of a lack of rapport.
There are no resistant clients, only inflexible communicators. Effective communicators accept and utilize all communication presented to them.
4. People are not their behaviours.
Accept the person; change the behaviour, as people are more than their behaviour.
5. Everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have available.
Behavior is geared for adaptation, and present behavior is the best choice available. Every behavior is motivated by a positive intent. (even a negative behaviour may be the best option available at the time)
6. Calibrate on Behavior.
The most important information about a person is that person’s behavior.
7. The map is not the Territory.
People respond to their own map of reality, not to reality itself. As NLP practitioners we should recognise the words we use are NOT the event or the items they represent.
8. You are in charge of your mind, and therefore your results And I am also in charge of my mind and therefore my results
9. People have all the Resources they need to succeed and to achieve their desired outcomes.
There are no unresourceful people, only unresourceful states.
10. All procedures should increase Wholeness
As NLP Practitioners we increase wholeness in all areas of our
clients life.
11. There is ONLY feedback!
There is no failure, only feedback; this allows us to respond to
the behaviour.
12. The Meaning of communication is the Response you get.
Every person is 100% responsible for the results they get
13. The Law of Requisite Variety.
The Person/ System with the most flexibility of behaviour will
control the system. (the more flexible you are, will allow you to
have flexibility in your response)
14. All procedures should be Designed to increase choice.
NLP is about giving choices in
behaviour so in addition to that
persons normal pattern of behaviour
they now have a choice to
behave differently.
Perception Is Projection
Another valuable belief that is useful in NLP is that our Perception is our reality, Perception is our construction of the world around us, and our perception drives our behaviour. We project onto the world and others our own internal perceptions. We attract into our lives our own perceptions.

Road to Stress Release Tip #14: Get Unplugged
Though your phone, Kindle, iPod, iPad, laptop, and TV. are all great inventions, they make you feel
like you should always have to be plugged in, responding to messages as soon as
you receive them, or browsing the Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and many other updates.
This also increases your stress level. Give yourself a break. Even unplugging
for 30 minutes a day can help you relax a lot.
