they can.Forgiveness reduces your stress by releasing the power or situation
over you. Forgiving is doing yourself a favor. It is freeing yourself to choose
positive things to focus on. When you choose to forgive someone you release the
grip of the negative stress on your mind, body and soul. Forgiveness gives
freedom from stress. Forgiveness allows you to heal your mental and emotional
wounds.
