Road to Stress Release Tip #24: Recognize your Stress

Each of you has uniquely individual stress signals such as neck or shoulder pain, shallow breathing, stammering, teeth gritting, queasiness, loss of temper. Learn to identify yours. Recognizing your personal stress signals helps slow the buildup of negativity and anxiety. Learning to recognize the signs of stress is also a good strategy. That way, you can bypass it if you know it is building.
