Think how you can have a profound effect on your emotional
and physical well-being. If you think a negative thought each time, about
yourself, your body reacts as if it were in the throes of a tension-filled
situation. If you see good things about yourself, definitely you are more
likely to feel good; the reverse is also true. Eliminate the words like
‘always,’ “never,” “should,” and “must.” These are telltale marks of
self-defeating thoughts. Focus your thoughts on what is the good thing
available in every crisis.
