Road to Stress Release Tip #14: Get Unplugged

Though your phone, Kindle, iPod, iPad, laptop, and TV.  are all great inventions, they make you feel like you should always have to be plugged in, responding to messages as soon as you receive them, or browsing the Twitter, Instagram,  Pinterest, Facebook and many other updates. This also increases your stress level. Give yourself a break. Even unplugging for 30 minutes a day can help you relax a lot.
