Road to Stress Release Tip #9: Learn to say NO!

Trying to do everything is nothing but a ticket to serious stress. Be clear about your limitations, and stop attempting to please everyone around you, all the time.When you are feeling stressed, and your schedule is full, say no straight forwardly to the things that give you stress. The more stressed we get; the more likely we are to make poor decisions that can throw us into a cycle of increasing problems. Chronic stress caused by over commitment result in exhaustion. This can lead to physical illness, depression and anxiety. The more stressed you get, the more susceptible you become to making wrong decisions. Thus saying ‘No’ to getting overburdened, helps you to reduce your stress.
