Young children seldom get stressed. This is because they play, sing, dance and laugh. Playing games can divert your mind away from your stress. It gives you physical and mental exercise at the same time. Whenever possible play outdoor games. If it is not possible to play out-door, you can play indoor games like, chess, playing cards, billiards etc.
