Even though relieving stress is important,it is best not to
stress about it. There would be no life without stress. It is not harmful
having a bit of stress. In fact; it helps you to take action. You could take a
quick holiday, even a half day or a day and go for an outing. It is better to go where there are natural
surroundings, such as a park, a hill, a Lake Etc. This certainly boosts up your
health and well being.
