effects of stress on your body. Positive thinking starts with self-talk.
Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that passes on every
second. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason but some may arise
from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information. When you
think positively, you are likely an optimist. Having a positive outlook enables
you to cope better with stressful situations that reduce the harmful health
