Wear
comfortable, clean clothes that make you feel good about yourself.Many times
the clothes you wear can have a direct impact on the way you feel, and can be
overlooked because it is such a simple thing. When you notice that you feel hot
which is leading to feelings of stress,then try your best to modify your
wardrobe until you find a something comfortable to wear. It may be difficult if
you have to wear specific things at your workplace but even then you can
experiment with looser fitting collars and wear a comfy pair of shoes. It is
all about keeping yourself comfortable, both mentally and physically.
